  • If you wish to have The Attorneys ATM evaluate your entire marketing plan and current expenditures, then a detailed report will be prepared highlighting unnecessary expenditures and where your practice should focus its marketing efforts.
  • The Marketing Plan will be e-mailed.
  • Fee: $250 payable in advance.
  • If The Attorneys ATM is retained for it’s Website Optimization Services, you will receive a $150 credit toward that service.

 

Website Consultation

  • Initial Phone Consultation is Free.
  • If you wish to have The Attorneys ATM evaluate your Website and its current effectiveness (or lack thereof), then a detailed report will be prepared highlighting the necessary changes that you should explore.
    • The Website Plan will be e-mailed and will include:
      • Provide an overview of your websites current strengths and weaknesses;
      • Detail your competitive threats;
      • Include a complete keyword/search phrase report specific to your location and practice areas;
      • Total investment required for Part 1 – Onpage Optimization – that will initiate the process of optimizing your website.  Part I includes;

Title, Meta Tag and Alt Tag Optimization;

Search Engine Friendly Content Creation, Modification and Optimization;

Internal Link Structure and Architecture Analysis with Correct Implementation;

Create and/or optimize Sitemaps;

Create and/or Optimize robot.txt File;

Submission of your Services to Google Base;

Submission of your business location to Google Maps and Yahoo Maps;

Creation of Google and Yahoo Sitemaps

      • Total investment for Part II – Offpage Optimization – which ends the process of optimizing your website.   Part II investment is heavily influenced by your websites current weaknesses and includes;

Creation and implementation of an intensive link building program – a requirement in any real search engine optimization plan (3 months of external Link Development is included – strongly suggested that this SEO tactic be continued at the clients cost for the remainder of the year and continue annually.)

Directory Submissions

  • Fee: $100 payable in advance.
  • If The Attorneys ATM is retained for its Website Search Engine Optimization Services, you will receive a $100 credit toward that service.

 

Complete Website Search Engine Optimization

  • Initial Phone Consultation is Free.
  • Complete Website Consultation is included – see above.
  • If you wish to have The Attorneys ATM Optimize your website we will spend an additional 30 – 60 minutes discussing your practice.
  • Expect additional contact by phone and e-mail on a “as needed” basis.
  • No Cost for this service until your web site is on the first page of Google, Yahoo and MSN for the search phrases applicable to your practice and that potential clients search for every day.
  • Realize a return of 10X your investment in the first 12 months or 100% of your investment will be refunded.
  • The total investment can be paid quarterly. Fees range from $4,000 to $6,000 depending on the size of the website and current condition..

  • Later changes or additions at the clients request are billed at $100 per hour and billed in one hour increments..

  • One-hour Consultation – $150 Fee
  • Half-Day Consultation – Consists of 4 hours over a 2 week period and used as your schedule permits – $600 Fee
  • One-Day Consultation – Consists of 8 hours over a 4 week period and used as your schedule permits – $1,000 Fee
  • Two Day Consultation – Consists of 16 hours over a 4 – 8 week period and used as your schedule permits – $2,000 Fee

Yellow Page/Yellow Book Ads

  • Double page – $1,500.00*
  • Full Page & 3/4 page – $1,250*
  • Greater than a 1/4 to 1/2 page – $850.00*
  • Up to 1/4 – $550*
  • Price includes: Needs analysis with client; Phone Consultation with publishers representative to determine programs & pricing; Recommendation & rough draft** layout to client; Final meeting with Publishers representative to re-negotiate rates.
  • Fee payable upfront.
  • *Many markets have multiple Directories published in different months – rates are quotes per book but multiple directory discounts may apply.  Rates depend on ad volume, numbers of headings, ad sizes etc. and color options are at no additional charge

  • $1,500 for development of 30 second spot.
  • $750 for development of 15 second spot.
  • Includes negotiated placement on stations fitting your practice’s demographics.
  • Fee is payable upfront.
